  1. Website

    oatmeal-olive design system

    • — New olive paper palette, Instrument Serif headlines, Inter body, JetBrains Mono code.
    • — Five Ink animation widgets: StrandInkLog, WovenInkEvent, LocusInkDrive, NexusInkConvergence, SwarmInkPeers.
    • — Same template system as sigil.earth — Wallpaper / Screenshot / Section / Heading / Feature.
  2. Workspace

    Duplicate audit + cleanup

    • — Removed network/weave-secret-stream, network/zer0-swarm, libs/weave-proto-mp (5,734 dead LOC).
    • — Legacy duplicate audit notes were removed after the cleanup landed.
    • — cargo check --workspace passes clean.
  3. SEO

    OG images + per-page metadata + sitemap

    • — Apple-style minimal OG cards with the real Weave wordmark.
    • — JSON-LD: Organization, WebSite, SoftwareSourceCode, FAQPage.
    • — sitemap.xml, robots.txt, /.well-known/agent.json, /llms.txt at the root.
  4. Docs

    Source-derived library coverage

    • — Every library has a custom page map derived from its actual source modules.
    • — 41 libraries, 220+ pages, unique nav icons.
  5. Repo

    Multi-repo restructuring

    • — Each major project gets its own private repo at the l1feai org.
    • — docs and website split into l1feai/weave-docs and l1feai/weave-website.
